My ideal client is searching for a therapist that will partner with them to work on their goals for therapy. They have been misunderstood by others when working to explain what they are going through. I see therapy as a great opportunity for growth and healing. Having gone through therapy myself I know that counseling is something that can be beneficial and deeply personal. I believe that counseling provides the unique experience of having an outside and secure avenue to explore personal areas of life. I believe you are the expert on yourself and my goal for every client is to feel empowered in the work they do in therapy.

Experienced. Certified. Supportive.
Get to know me
I operate from a feminist model as a counselor and supervisor. I seek to empower each of my clients and supervisees. My areas of expertise are individuals and relationships impacted by trauma and addiction.
I seek to find the right balance of meeting my clients where they are at while assisting them to grow. Too many people have not been included in their own goals for treatment. If we work together, I would seek to work collaboratively with you as we work towards achieving your individual goals.
I have worked in correctional settings, community mental health, group practices and solo practice. I work to empower my supervisees to understand what model is best for them. I bring my expertise as a trauma, addiction, and couples therapist to expand my supervisees skill sets. I am passionate about supporting other clinicians to experience the freedom I feel by working as a solo practice owner.
